Because in the middle of all the something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue, you may realize something else: planning a wedding can be one tough job. And if you’re not planning a wedding? No problem! Enjoy the same detail-oriented services for your event at a discounted price.

lilly lane’s event design services are offered both a la carte and as a day-of coordination package, based on your needs.

Day of services are perfect for the client who has begun the planning process but wants help managing their event. In addition to general day-of services, wedding day-of services include two-day on-site services for both your rehearsal and wedding.

With our “Day-Of, Plus!” services, clients find and book their own venue and vendors and are largely responsible for customizing their event; lilly lane planners help by providing a go-to resource for planning questions, vendor recommendations and other needs throughout the process, then step in as the day gets closer to manage the final timeline creation, final vendor list, and event execution.

Wedding Services:  Event Planning Consultation – Site Visit Consultation – Vendor List Creation – Event Timeline Creation – Final Review Consultation – On Site Rehearsal Coordination – On Site Day Of Coordination. {$1500}

{event planning consultation- $350/2 hours}

A one-time consultation for clients who need a little assistance getting started or getting inspired.

Services are based on client’s needs and may include: Help establish the overall event needs and wants – Help establish the details of the day – Provide (limited) decor, color, print, or other design recommendations – Provide local vendor referrals – Provide an Event Timeline Creation Guide to assist the client with coordinating their day – Provide answers or advice on general event questions and needs.

 

{site visit consultation -$350/2 hours}.

A one-time consultation for clients who have selected a venue and want assistance envisioning their event there.

Services for non-wedding events include: Tour the site with the client and venue salesperson (if applicable)  – Help establish the overall event venue needs and wants – Provide (limited) décor, color, print or other design recommendations- Provide answers or advice on general venue questions and needs
